What is soy wax?

Soy wax is a 100% natural and biodegradable wax extracted from the soy bean. All of our products are made from this type of wax. Unlike paraffin, soy wax is from a completely renewable source and does not contain any carcinogens or toxins. This means you can still enjoy the bliss of home fragrance without having to worry about breathing in any hazardous ingredients. 

Using this as an alternative allows us to create a much stronger and longer-lasting scent for you to enjoy time and time again!

How do I use wax melts?

Wax melts are an excellent alternative to burning candles. Simply place the wax pieces into a tealight or electric burner and once the wax begins to melt, the fragrance will be released.

How long will my order take to ship?

We aim to have all orders made and dispatched within 7 working days. If you need yours sooner, please send us a message and we'll be happy to help!

Which courier will my order ship with?

Most local deliveries will be undertaken by ourselves but we always use Royal Mail to dispatch our orders anywhere outside the local area. 

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns but if you are unhappy or have a query with your order then please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
